Charter yacht ownership is the most logical and cost effective way for you to own your own yacht outright and go sailing with your friends and family on a regular basis.

Here at SmartBoating our yacht charter fleet expands every year.

We are currently seeking investors for the following specific yachts for our Pittwater charter fleet.

• Seawind 1000XL Catamaran SOLD
• Prowler 10.4 Power Cat

These yachts have been carefully selected to meet customer demand within our established Pittwater yacht charter fleet and will be part of our Platinum Charter offering.

Vessels assigned Platinum status are all less than three years old and are chartered with a tender and outboard as part of their inventory. This means they charter for premium rates and will also be suitable for corporate and skippered charters which form a significant part of our business.

All our charter yachts meet NSW Maritime Commercial Survey requirements which means that they have passed additional safety tests and been equipped with a comprehensive safety inventory to be allowed to legally carry a specified number of people for a specified sailing area.

Once in survey we can then legally charter the boats on a commercial basis which means they earn you an income!

These Platinum yachts warrant the most publicity and thus will be promoted through ten purpose-driven marketing strategies including boat shows, the web, direct mail promotions, e-marketing, strategic alliances, shopping mall presentations, PR and a variety of advertising media.

As the enquiries come in, SmartBoating's customer fulfilment team manages the entire booking process from initial enquiry to post charter follow up.

We reward charterers with Smart Dollars as part of our loyalty program to encourage them to return and also have a referral program to encourage their contacts to come and charter from us too!

A regular e-mailed newsletter Smart News keeps us in their minds and informs them of special offers and the latest developments.

All our customer contact is logged on a comprehensive CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure we pro-actively build a loyal customer base. We continually look to ways to improve our service and for instance have recently introduced a charter provisioning service.

Charterers can board their boat with the shopping done, meals prepared and cold drinks in the fridge - an already relaxing holiday is now even more appealing.

At the end of the month we provide you with a summary of charter activity, owner use, expenditure and revenue and make a payment to your bank account.
