In fact, some of our wives commented that they could not think of a better way of combining a corporate event with the partners and children. Even though the weather was not at its best, the camaraderie and friendliness of your two skippers Liz and George, more than made up for this. Having a BBQ at the Basin was also quite spectacular. We made good use of the covered and free electric BBQ facilities and our overseas visitors just loved the wallabies (one with a joey in her pouch), We would like to thank you, David, Liz and George for making our day on the water such a truly memorable event."
