Pittwater and Broken Bay is the next harbour up the Australian coast from Sydney.

The cruising ground is similar in size to Sydney Harbour - but MUCH less crowded.

• If you love peaceful nights at anchor under the stars in beautiful bays you are spoilt for choice. Check out America and Refuge Bays, Morning Bay and Smith's Creek. Rest assured there's no commerical traffic to wake you up in the morning!
• If you fancy a walk with stunning views you can climb up to Barrenjoey Lighthouse.
• There's great restaurants including Cottage Point Inn and The Boathouse at Palm Beach.
• You can stop for water and supplies at Akuna Bay Marina.
• If your kids enjoy letting off steam outdoors there are heaps of lovely little beaches and bays for them to explore. The Basin, Patonga and Portugese beach are great examples.
• If you want to catch your dinner there are top class fishing spots
• And if you just want to relax and soak up stunning natural scenery you'll love the amazing rock formations, wide range of wildlife and miles of unspoiled bushland.

And as you can see, the sunrises and sunsets are amazing!



Your cruising area of Pittwater and Broken Bay is a jewel of world-wide significance.
